Our Clinic – The Harmony Medical Center LOCATION Dr. Jae Man Kim’s clinic, the Harmony Medical Center, is located in Burbank, California, close to the Warner Brothers studios and the Burbank Airport. The clinic is easily accessible from local freeways, such as I-5, the 101 freeway, the 170 freeway, and the 134 freeway. The clinic is located at: 3409 W. BUSINESS HOURS Our office hours are from 9:30 am – 1 pm and from 2 – 6:30 pm. We are open Monday, Wednesday,Thursday, Friday, and Sunday. We are closed on Tuesday and Saturday. FOR AN APPOINTMENT For an appointment, please call (818) 848-1111. We are only accepting appointments via telephone at this time. Please understand that our treatments are in very high demand, and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule with our openings as soon as possible. We also kindly request that you notify us 24 hours in advance of any change in your scheduled appointment time. Appointments that are missed without prior notification are subject to a penalty fee. PAYMENT Harmony Medical Center accepts cash, checks, and credit card payments. Credit card payments are subject to a 2% service fee. Visa and Mastercard are welcome.
